Dosage
Adults: : Squirt 1 spray under the tongue one to two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.

= Vitamin B12 may reduce tetracycline hydrochloride (antibiotic) bioavailability; separate doses by at least two
hours.
1. Caution with vitamin B12 and angioplasty/coronary stents; may increase the risk of restenosis.
2. Caution with vitamin B12 and megaloblastic anaemia.
The correction of megaloblastic anaemia with vitamin B12 can result in fatal hypokalaemia or gout in
susceptible patients, and can obscure folate deficiency.
